CANCELLATION POLICY

We try to be very respectful of your time and in turn ask you to be respectful of ours. We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Less than 48 hours cancellation or no show will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Thank you so much for trusting us with your hair, we appreciate your business more than you will ever know.
